Booking & payment details
Monthly & seasonal stays
Monthly guests pay a flat site rate plus metered electric, billed monthly. A refundable deposit is due at move‑in, and we ask for 30 days' notice before moving out. Snowbird and seasonal guests are welcome — ask about winter rates.
Referral program
Already staying with us? When you refer a friend who books a site, you both save on your next stay. Referral cards are available at the park office — ask on check‑in.
How to pay
Pay online through our guest payment portal, in person at the office, or by phone. We accept the following:
Cancellations
Daily and weekly reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without penalty. Monthly stays require 30 days' notice. Full policy details are provided at booking.
