Park Rules & Regulations
Please read before you arrive — these rules keep the park safe, quiet, and enjoyable for every guest.
Check‑in & Site Use
A 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the park. Maximum of six (6) people, one (1) RV, and two (2) vehicles per site (pull‑through sites only) — four (4) people are included in your rate. No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV. No sub‑leasing is allowed, and solicitation or signage for the sale of products or services is not permitted.
Alcohol, Smoking, Drugs & Firearms
Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles — do not throw them on the ground, including in your site area. Smoking is prohibited in any park building. Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed; all weapons must comply with applicable state and federal law. No alcohol is permitted in any common area unless approved by management.
Angleton RV Park, its representatives, staff, or owner are not responsible for people of any age driving under the influence. No criminal or drug‑related activity in or near the park will be tolerated.
Pets
No more than two dogs per RV site. Owners must sign a waiver at check‑in and are responsible for any losses, damages, or actions caused by their pet — a minimum $200 charge applies to damages, billed to the card on file.
Non‑aggressive breeds only. The following breeds are not allowed in the park, no exceptions: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers/Chows, American Bulldogs, and Wolf Hybrids. You must honestly disclose your dog's breed when reserving — any undisclosed or unauthorized breed will not be allowed into the park at arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the laundry facility or the office. Pick up and properly dispose of droppings anywhere in the park, including your own site — do not let pets relieve themselves on shrubs, flowerbeds, or a neighbor's landscaping. Violation results in a $150 fine.
All vaccinations must be current, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Don't leave pets unattended outside your site unless in an appropriately sized dog pen, and never leave a dog outside overnight. Please be courteous of neighbors if your dog barks when left alone.
Fires
No open campfires are allowed. Manufactured outdoor cooking or charcoal grills are permitted, and manufactured above‑ground fire pits are allowed if a proper fire arrestor is used.
RV & Site Maintenance
All RVs must be fully self‑contained, well‑kept, and in good condition. RVs 15 years or older must be approved by park management. No clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, barriers, pallets, or dog kennels/pens/runs are allowed on site. Water hoses and sewer lines must be free of leaks, and sewer hoses must use a proper donut seal or threaded attachment. No parking on the street or on the grass.
Vehicle Rules
All persons must have a valid driver's license to operate any motorized vehicle on park property, including golf carts. Park your vehicle only in your assigned site — vehicles parked in a vacant site without management approval will be charged the daily rate. Motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes, or other unlicensed motorized vehicles are prohibited. No repairs or washing of vehicles or RVs without management approval. Golf carts must be well maintained and compliant with local law.
Children & Visitors
All visitors must check in at the office and follow all park rules and regulations. You're responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Children under 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Behavior & Nuisances
Excessive noise or nuisances created by guests or visitors will not be tolerated, and an after‑hours disturbance fee may apply for calls received. Common courtesy applies between all persons on park property. Obnoxious, profane, abusive, or threatening language or behavior directed at staff or other guests — or that adversely affects others' enjoyment of the park — is prohibited.
